Simply Catering by Mack was established in October 2021 and has over 30+ years experience in the kitchen of serving great food for hungry people. We service the Greater Houston and surrounding areas. Some of our clients include Houston Methodist Hospital, Total Wine & More, and Missouri City Police Department. Our mission is to provide quality catering services that is exceptional, to ensure great customer satisfaction.  We know there are many catering businesses to choose from, but when you choose Simply Catering by Mack, we treat you like family.
ABOUT CHEFÂ MACK
It all started when I was a little boy in Lufkin, TX. When school was out, I would return to my hometown and stay with my grandparents during the summertime. Grandma Ola McGee cooked every day of the week. This truly amazed me because she cleaned people's houses and cooked for them as well, and did I mention the church folks too? Yep, she was always on her feet, but she never stopped cooking. Sometimes I would say "Grandma, what are you cooking and can I have a taste?" Tasting the food and licking the bowls and spoons was the fun part before putting the dishes in the sink. My grandparents had several gardens as well. Since I wanted to help Grandma cook in the kitchen, I knew I had to work in the garden, and that's what I did. This taught me that old saying: "If you don't work, you don't eat". From that point on, I followed my passion for food. I helped my Grandma prep the food whenever I could, studied my mother's (Dewan) cooking and chefs in the industry, read cookbooks and watched many cooking shows as I grew up. This is what led me to where I am today, living the dream of my childhood memories.
